【重要】ご予約前の注意事項[IMPORTANT] Please Note Before Booking
- キャンセルポリシー：体験時間の48時間前キャンセルの場合はご予約料金の50%、24時間前キャンセルの場合は100%のキャンセル料が発生いたします。 Cancellation Policy: A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 48 hours, and 100% for cancellations within 24 hours.
- 特別プランご優待について：20%OFFの特別割引は「事前予約時のみ」適用される特典です。当日に時間を延長された場合の追加料金につきましては、20%OFFの対象外となりますので予めご了承ください。 About Special Plan Privilege: The 20% discount applies only to advance bookings. Any additional fees incurred by extending the time on the day of the experience will not be eligible for the 20% discount.

キャンセル規定・ご招待カードの失効について：
体験日の前日および当日にキャンセルされた場合、ご招待カードの利用権利は失効（返還不可）となります。
キャンセル・日程変更は、ご利用日の3日前までにご連絡ください。
また、当日必ず「ご招待カード」をお持ちください。お忘れの場合は正規料金を頂戴いたします。 Cancellation & Card Invalidation: For cancellations made on the day before or the day of the experience, your tickets will be invalidated (non-refundable). Please ensure you bring the actual invitation card on the day, otherwise regular rates will apply. -
延長時のご精算について：
コース時間は、各プランの内容により異なります。
当日にご延長をご希望の場合、延長分の追加料金は現地にて正規料金でのご精算となります。 About Time Extensions: As the duration is fixed by your plan, any time extensions on the day will be charged at regular rates on-site.
