Requirements Position Details

Position
Private Concierge (Rickshaw Guide / Cultural Ambassador)
Location
  • Gion Branch (Kiyomizu-dera, Gion, Heian Shrine area)
  • Uji Branch (Currently Closed)
* Your actual operational area will cover the entirety of Kyoto.
Working Hours
From 3 hours a day (Flexible shift system based on your availability)
* Flexible scheduling allows you to balance work with language studies, academic pursuits, or other commitments.
Compensation
Hourly Wage: ¥1,500 – ¥2,000
* Minimum wage applies during the initial training period.
* We have a unique raise system based on performance, language proficiency, and cultural knowledge.
* Special allowances are provided for handling inbound VIP guests.
* Tips and gratuities from international guests are yours to keep as a direct compliment to your excellent hospitality.

Qualifications
No prior experience required / A strong desire to grow and a heart of ‘Omotenashi’ (hospitality) are essential.
