What is IVS (Infinity Ventures Summit)?
Held since 2007 as a “gathering place for next-generation entrepreneurs,” IVS is one of Asia’s largest startup conferences. It serves as a dynamic platform where thousands of top entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate executives from Japan and abroad convene to generate new business trends, including fundraising and corporate alliances.
NINJAYA was officially appointed to handle the exclusive transportation program for VIPs holding the highest-tier “COREPAS” at the conference.
We provided reliable, high-quality mobility experiences suitable for the special city of Kyoto to top business leaders fighting on the front lines globally.
Guided 50 Groups of Startup Leaders & Executives in 2 Days
Over the two days of the event, NINJAYA transported approximately 50 groups of VIP guests. The users were executives operating on minute-by-minute schedules, including domestic and international startup founders, investors, and board members of major corporations.
For these guests who operate on the front lines of business, we ensured strictly punctual operational management. Although the primary purpose was purely an operational “means of transportation” for the conference, we carefully guided them so that they could enjoy Kyoto’s scenery and experience a refreshing, extraordinary moment, even during the brief gaps in their busy schedules.
Seamless Integration of “Rickshaws” and “EV Cars”
The greatest strength of our transport production was the hybrid mobility realized by combining traditional “Rickshaws” with modern “EV Cars.”
Introduction of Yamaha EV Cars
For long-distance transfers between conference venues, we utilized the latest EV cars (Green Slow Mobility) leased from Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., after successfully passing a rigorous screening process of our business plans. By using these vehicles with extremely low environmental impact and excellent quietness, we provided a comfortable mobile space where guests felt zero fatigue.
Rickshaws Touching Kyoto’s Depths
In historical areas and narrow alleys unique to Kyoto where large vehicles cannot enter, we provided a seamless transfer to rickshaws. We offered a profound cultural experience through a traditional approach, allowing guests to directly feel the city’s atmosphere and the wisdom of past generations.
A Mobile Space Generating “New Value”
From the executives and board members who actually rode with us, we received numerous comments finding substantial value far beyond mere transportation convenience.

For extremely busy top leaders, securing pure sightseeing time during business trips is difficult. The ability to directly experience a special mobility journey through Kyoto’s streets during their “travel time to the conference venue” was highly evaluated as fulfilling the latent needs of executives.
